It's time for some change

You may have noticed a theme of organizational change coming from the CAAT Plan office over the course of the past year. We're optimistic that all our stakeholders - active and retired members, administrators, colleges and union officials among them - will recognize the improvements we've been making.

We are re-focussing our efforts and our energies on dialogue, education and training, and on broadening our retirement expertise. We want to make sure we deliver some important messages to all members about the value of your CAAT Plan benefit, and how it fits in with your retirement goals.

This year, we're looking forward to more interaction at the Colleges - with both administrators and groups of members.

We've been visiting colleges to talk to members about their pensions, and about the Plan's priorities and services. Consider checking with your college to see if a visit is scheduled. We want to grow our capabilities and sharpen our focus - to better serve you as you prepare for retirement, and to help you understand the value that comes with participating in the CAAT Pension Plan.

Coming this September, you will see more signs of our renewed efforts. Keep your pension in mind as you delve into a new school year!
