You will also find the new Guidelines for Contributory Earnings Reporting. We will be addressing the guidelines briefly at the beginning of the webinar. The guidelines were developed by Plan staff, in consultation with several employers who took part in the Payroll Advisory Panel.

The guidelines will help employers determine what earnings are pensionable, and will promote consistent treatment of Plan members. Please take some time to review the guidelines and compare them to your payroll codes and procedures.
