Return of the Pension Survey
Once again this year, the Plan will be conducting a Pension Survey, in which we contact those receiving a pension from the Plan to ensure that the information in our files is accurate and up to date.
Retired members who are over age 70 and who did not receive a letter in the 2008 survey will receive a letter from the Plan in May, asking them to complete and return an attached page regarding their personal information. Everyone who receives a pension from us can expect to receive such a letter occasionally during the course of their retirement.
Prompt responses to the survey help us to keep our records current and make sure that the right people are receiving the right payments. We also need accurate information about spouses, in order to administer our survivor pensions.
If you receive a letter from us this year, please help by completing the information and returning it to us as quickly as possible. A return envelope will be included for your convenience.
