The data collection process is coming to an end, and you will start receiving your 2009 Members' Annual Statements in the coming weeks. Thanks to your cooperation, we are well on our way to making sure all statements are delivered by June 30.

We hope that you have had a chance to preview the new-look 2009 Statements . We think you and your members will be pleased with the changes, and we look forward to receiving your comments and feedback.

Keep an eye out for two other additions to the Statement package:

We've included a 1 page insert to get members thinking about the value of their pension. While the Statement gives members a look at the benefit they have earned, this additional page lets them read more about what their pension is worth to their retirement future.
A special Change of Beneficiary form will also be included in the Statement package to remind members of the importance of making sure their Beneficiary designations are valid and up-to-date. Please advise your members that completed forms can be returned by mail directly to the CAAT Pension Plan.

Your Pension Analyst will let you know when your statements have been shipped so you'll know when you can expect to receive them for distribution.

Once again, we would like to thank you for your cooperation in completing the data collection / annual statement process for 2009.
