Back in January, we announced our plan to visit every college this year. So far, we've scheduled member presentations at over half of the colleges and we're looking forward to visiting the rest.

If you haven't contacted us to schedule one, please take a moment to do so. We need your cooperation to make sure members have the opportunity to take part in learning about their pension.

Our 1-2 hour sessions can form part of your human resources or benefits initiatives, or can be held as stand-alone presentations. We offer two types:

The "General" session for all members discusses the membership lifecycle - from joining and contributing to termination and retirement benefits. We also briefly discuss leaves and buybacks.
The "Retirement Planning" session is geared towards members who are over 50 and are starting to seriously think about when they want to retire. It does not cover contributions or termination benefits, but focuses more on retirement (including government pensions).

We are currently scheduling member presentations for the fall, however there are a few days in May and June still available if you wish to select a date before the summer break. Please refer to Update #55 for further details. Contact us at caatpensionplan@caatpension.on.ca as soon as possible to reserve your date.

Member newsletter delivery survey - last chance!

We've extended the deadline for completing our member newsletter delivery survey! We want to make sure everyone has a chance to participate in the discussion about the future distribution of member newsletters.

The survey takes only a few minutes to complete, but it will go a long way towards helping us streamline our services to members. Refer to Update #60 for details.
