Pension Basics
The CAAT Pension Plan serves the employees of Ontario's Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology, providing Members with retirement income for life, calculated on their earnings and years of service. The Plan works with you to maintain and manage pertinent Member information in order to quickly and accurately calculate and pay out the benefits earned by Members when they retire.
