Change of Work Status

Definition:

A Member whose work status changes from Full-time to Other Than Regular Full-time (OTRFT) or from OTRFT to Full-time must have this change recorded in the pension administration system.

College Responsibilities:

Complete Change of Information or Beneficiary form. Have the Member sign Section G, "Member Authorization".
Provide Member's name and SIN, and Change of Employment Status.

CAAT Pension Plan Responsibilities:

Change the Member's record.
